SOS is a application 100% Web and developed in Java, requiring a relationary database (MySQL, PostgreeSQL, Oracle, DB2..) and a Java applications server (Tomcat, Websphere, Resin,..).
It can be implanted in a low cost architecture: Linux + Tomcat + MySQL.
SOS - Help Desk System 1 was released by J2Cs Consulting on Sunday 18 July 2004. Its known requirements are : Tomcat + MySQL.
SOS - Help Desk System will run on Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows 2000, Windows NT and Windows XP.
